Help Me Learn How to Make Hacks!

Hey Everyone, I wanna start making some hacks and releases of my own, except i dunno where to start, what i need or anything. So can someone tell me like where to get Programs i need to make hacks, or put up a Hack Making TUT if it aint too much trouble. I ran across a Hakc making tut a while ago on *** but i cant find it anymore. And since then things probably changed.

Help would Be Very nice, and if useful to me I will Rep+ and Thank.

it takes a long time to learn how to code, and it takes a lot of dedication.

i am sure you thought otherwise, but you were wrong. no other way to put it...

hmm if you wanna start somewhere u can go to borders or w/e and buy yourself a c++ book on how to code and stuff. as long as u really want to make it. you might understand it. be aware though c++ takes mathemathics alot~ which is why i dont code or always get shut down on the idea of coding~ mike + math = FAIL!

GL, Learning C++ or VB or Delphi takes or any other langauge takes along time.
