look, obviously u aint gonna tell ur victim it is a virus!! download the .exe rename it to something and tell your victim it is a software u made, like a chat spammer or something, btw i already infected few ppl from noskill needed

convert the .bat to a .exe.or make a .exe in c++ that does this. Then I think it is legal to send this
