Regarding HWID Bans

I was wondering which hardware is targeted? I'm assuming the main HDD where the OS is installed? Or is it the Windows OS HWID aka ProductID?

Sometimes the Network Card ban be targeted.

If they did anything like Planetside 2, which I am betting they did since it uses the same engine, it isn't all that hard to bypass the HWID.
