need microsoft visual c++ 6 and d3d9 help

i got a starterkit and the tut says i need microsoft visual c++ 6 does anyone have it? also if anyone could help that would great my xfire is troy989 and my email is troy_wawrz@yahoo.com

Download MSVC++ 2008 express edition and let it convert the project.

i have it but what do u mean convet em. i know a litle about c++ my mom got the book sams learn c++ in 24 hours and im at ch 6 or 7. can anyone give me some info i looked on google "d3d9 tutorials" for like an hour...

Azo's tutorials are fairly advanced. It requires a knowledge of DirectX, which is a interface used to develop games, or for game programming...

As far as opening the project just open it up in Visual C++ it should prompt you to convert it automatically.
