CA/ MPGH Issue

I've got a hack I've been trying to upload for like almost 40 mins, I've tried compressing it to .rar and .zip files and nothing is uploading. It's leeched from another site and I'd like to share it cause I does work (at least on XP) Help mods or anyone else -_-
