blaze cf initialization failed cf

hi i need help with this error i keep getting , when i open blaze cf and and the client pops up and error saying initialization failed 13 pops up and does not let the game load , i tried using this link http://93.158.236.7/launcher/live/ to replace the file but it does not work anymore can someone help me get another link that will work to replace the file or help me in general to fix this problem please
