Work on lighting, text, and making to focal more attractive.
There isn't really much of a light source and the general lighting pretty much the same.
Try using levels, curves, and/or the combination of dodge and burn on it.
The text should never be alone in the corner with a sorta-bright color that doesn't fit well with the sig.
If you are determined to do that, at least take away the yellow and make it a single matching color.
It's hard to explain how to improve it but it's something you get better at over time.
Making the focal more attractive can be done with the effects you use and making it stand out more. You could bring him in a bit more left and use some smudges or perhaps a c4d. Anything to make him stand out more from the background.
