While I disagree with the populist movement I do agree that a person or two up there is suited for the job. They should look for their mods amongst their minions and then promote people to minion.

We vote X b/c even though he's young he's rather mature and carries himself pretty well. He's helpful around the site and does contribute. He enforces the rules amongst the noobies without being a total dick so people actually listen.
