Ok guys since the 2 new graphics team members have been decided we got more spots open.
i have already decided for Songkipark to be in the new team.
So there is 1 more spots open, apply AND I MEAN ONLY APPLY in this thread no spam we will open a discussion thread as well.
Description of Jr.Gfx

The Jr GFX. will be a small team of 4 to 5 members maximum. They must be able to give constructive criticism and give positive feedback. Being in the Jr GFX team is not only a privilege but it is also a responsibility. Can't handle it? Then don't apply. The Jr GFX is also a "gateway" into possibly entering the GFX Team which is an official MPGH User Group. Being Jr GFX allows you to post renders for challenges, make polls for challenges, they will receive a userbar from Kyle or myself. But the main task is to help and inspire people to get better.

what could you do to help: Well my aim is do requests as no-one has been, as jr gfx i'd keep my eye on request section.

Why I think I should be in the team: I think that I would be a great asset to the team from helping people out to making awesome sigs and generally providing a light-hearted feel to things.
What I can do to help: I can fill requests when needed, provide knowledge of GFX skills and techniques, help to make GFX for the site and teach people the way of the Haez and abolish the remaining BSG.Fanz.
