Picture Viewer v1.0

This is an application i made that views pictures. its in beta form at the moment. When you open a picture it autosizes to that picture.

When you double click on the top of the application it will maximize and then you can flip the image , stretch it, center, it normal view, or zoom. (double click on top again to minimize)

lmao no funny u noticed though, that picture was an example for something else i used and it was the only pic on my computer, i didnt wanna show me or my family on here haha and my signature was the first halo sig i used XD

it is simple but 90% of the people wont think of how to do it lol
