As nicely as I can explain this I will. Here goes:
If you were banned for not having a virus scan it's because you didn't provide 2 or the 2 you provided weren't from our approved sites.
If you are banned and you create another account attempting to post a thread like this the attachment will only be disapproved and you will further hurt yourself with another ban. Ban dodging is against the rules as is posting the same or similar files twice when they were not even approved the first time.
Now other than that the file comes up clean. Stand by...
