Accurate no scopes?

Is there a way to make the snipers dead accurate even in no scope? that would work very well with the crosshair hack we have.

It's actually called Super No-spread. Another hacking site USED to have it, but that site is now pretty much dead.

Why no scope if you want to be accurate? Just quick scope like pros.
