Color failure

Hey, i just installed windows 7 on my crapy computer. And now somtimes i get strange color failure :S
look like this:
its flashes in yellow or blue
its nearly always appears then i run many programs...much usage of ram
my computer specs:
1 gb ram
Nvidia GT 220, 1 gb videomemory
Intel core duo 1.8 GHz E4300
Becouse i have a old computer i also has old drivers for my components so only some of the drivers could i run and installed, i coulden´t find or install drivers for my process/mothercard if you need that.

Try reinstalling your video card drivers....
And you SHOULDN'T use drivers of your old components when you replaced them with new ones ofcourse..

i have no old the only old drivers is for my D-Link Wirless Wlan everything else has i downloaded from there websites exept from my Motherboard/processor that i cant find
