Need help with hacking a dice roll game

Hey guys don't know if this is the right section but here is what i need help with. There's this game i play and it has 1-99 in a dice roll and want to be able to land it on a number i want. Is it possible if so could you help me out here would be very helpful of you . Idk if the dice is server sided or not but lets hope we can get this.

Got some new info found out what the dice uses think it might be impossible. The random numbers are generated through three seeds. These are: the server seed, secret seed and the client seed. This means that all three seeds help determine the number generated. If one changes, the number changes.
