Need help with virus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think i may have a keylogger on my computer, i am currently typing with onscreen keyboard and im not sure wat to do. I think i may have located it in the task manager but im not sure what to do. The file is called csrss.exe. I have 2 of these files, one is to keep my system running and the other is the key logger. Im not sure witch one is so im asking could people check on there computers how much memory the real csrss.exe takes up. You can check this by going to task manager and it should be under processes.

If someone knows a better way to get rid of this please tell me

and btw i got windows 7 32 bit

also, download that anti key logger which scrambles the keys if you don't want to use on screen keyboard for the time being.
