Hello everybody. I'm Steady (aka. NightDev) !
You probably know me from my
CS:GO Gambling Scams post. However, that post got
Outdated and some other types of scams appeared.
Let's dive right onto it ! Shall we ?

Gambling Scams:
Story: These post are about people that pretend to have "discovered" a bug on a gambling website. They tell you to go on a website, deposit your items, and then type a command in the Javascript console.
Truth: This is bullshit. It is their website and there is no Javascript command. Once you deposited your skins, they are gone...
Hacks Scams:
Story: These posts are about users that pretend on selling/publishing cheats. They are usually pretending on having tons of features, some impossible/Insta-VACable.
Truth: BULLSHIT ! These are even more dangerous. You can get scammed really bad.
1. The hack might be false, and if a payment is required you are gonna get scammed of money.
2. If it's real and you downloaded it. You got scammed so hard.
DO NOT run any untrusted extensions (.exe .dmg .sh .bat .jar) !
If something asks you to run as administrator and you don't know the origin of the file, refuse it.
They can contain viruses like
Trojans, Keyloggers, Stealers, Spywares, Worms, Phishers, etc...
Malware: Every hack posted around here should have a Virus Scan and a Staff member must check it extensively. It may get around, but you should really scan it again if you think it looks suspicious.
Overwatch Bypass: Doesn't Exist! Overwatch is not even an Anti-Cheat, it is a community-based admin system.
ESEA & ESL Wire Bypasses: If the hack is public and free, then this might be bullshit. Check the publishers reputation for details. Usually, ESEA and ESL bypassed cheats are not public.

You might be wondering, how can you know if a user is a MPGH Staff Member. Well, you need to keep in sight some aspects.
How to verify a staff member:
1. Check his Name! Staff member have a
GREEN tag in front of their name!
Example: [MPGH]Symmetrical
2. Check his Number of posts! No one will be accepted as a staff member without
800 posts!
3. Check his Banners! Staff members have banner on top of their avatar that significate their rank!
DO NOT trust anyone with a staff banner in their avatar ! Report them immediatly!
4. Check their Reputation! Staff members usually have their Reputation >40 !
5. Check their Join Date! Staff members are usually 1 year old on the forums.
How to verify a user:
1. Check his Number of posts! If they have ~2 posts and try to scam, then they should buy a life...
2. Check his Banners! Users usually have "MEM LVL <level>" if they are normal users!
DO NOT trust anyone with a staff banner in their avatar ! Report them immediatly!
3. Check their Reputation! Should be >10 if the user is known.
I have still 10... no one loves me... *tear*
4. Check their Join Date! Well, if they joined yesterday then they are scammers...
5. Check their reputation on the forums! If people like him and he has a good reputation, he may be trusted for FREE published hacks.
How users look like

<- Yes, that's me and not another person. Deal with it!
How to verify a website:
1. Check the SSL Certificate (Optional, it might not have one but it might be trusted)
2. Check if the items are DYNAMICLY updating and check if you can open people Steam profiles by clicking on their name
3. Check if the website is popular
How To 1: Search it on Google. If it shows up in the first 5 websites, it means it is popular.
How To 2: Check if there are YouTube videos or Livestreams about that website.
This should wrap this up!
Hope I helped!
Do not forget: Don't trust scammers!
Best Regards, Steady
