Need Help With Photoshop Error

Well everytime i open photoshop i get this error:

I did a re install and it still happens.
What is the problem?

You're in the wrong section my friend. Try going to the graphics Section.

Cs2?? Get CS4.

Re-download if your lucky it will just replace the files but keep you registered if you did...

cs2 wtf? the graphic section will help more, if you cant get it to work, get cs3!

Problem found, you are using a 6 year old program, do you use Windows95 too?

I just installed Windows 7 and it happened :P
Also what is better? CS3 or CS4?

just google search the dll and download it from some site and safe to your computer

Throw comp away buy a new one yay
