Need Help Urgent plz :3

Here's the deal im doing a Visual basic Project for my school and i decided to make a game...

well i need to do a log in system but i need the users to regist and save the password in a variable or something like that and if the user alrdy exist give error mesage and use data base iom almost intermediate help plz :3

Well first off you have to make settings and make a login form... did you do that?
Make a simple login form then somewhere put add user then when thts clicked form2 should pop up. thts as basic as it gets without lot o' coding

Do you want a global registry system such as Php , or Mysql or do you want it to save there login on there computer.
