2. > Click on "Project" In the Toolbar
3. > Under "Project" Select the Last option which has your programs name + Properties...

But why would any program made in visual basics need run as administrator?? And what does it do??

Like..Sometimes when it needs to move a certain file it requires administrator powers. This is not a sneaky method either when you click to open a UAC Gui pops up.

Lol this is really basic stuff.

My first had UAC.

LOL i found this out a long time ago bcause i was fiddlin around with the settitns, i learned this when i used VB 08 NOW VB 2010 FTW!!!

Edit : It should be set to false not true or it will give you error.
