If the virus has a timer wich disables the taskmanager each secound then it will not work but most of the virus just do it once!

Btw You could also just add a boot sector to a harddisk make a bootable and put a program on auto boot that rewrites the bios with 00000000

I like your source maby i make my personal pro antivirus tool (i don't have a virus scanner ) and add force terminate procceses and auto delite them from msconfig
