Client Ip configuration

I read up the tutorials that were already preset onto these forms however neither of them are working. The RADSM(some shi* like that) and yogda isnt working. The first program the one that starts with an R, when i followed the instructions and went into the client-1 folder and go into that file and search for 127.0.0.1/localhost notepad ++ cant find anything... So then i figured yogda would be easier however there wasn't no fix when this happens: "# Error : Not a swf file (Invalid Header ?) "... when i go to google an answer because i couldn't find one here i just end up finding yoga shit*....All i wanted to do was a play with my friends, and since it doesn't lag maybe host it so a few more people can join. Well if more info is needed i can say im using Fabiano's source. Notepad ++ is update, Running yogda as administrator, also i did run cmd prompt in admin for the other program.
