How to bind a key to spam a message?

So I want to bind a key to say a message in-game. I tried to just yolo and try to figure it out myself by experimenting, but I can't seem to get it right. Can anyone help me out? I want to say something like "Suck a dick you fucking pussy I'm not a hacker" or something along those lines.

This is really fucking basic.

Open console and type:

bind "BUTTON" say "Text"
