Help please

Hi i have ps3 slim when ever i turn it on there is a 3 beep green light,greenlight then red light. 2nd step i take out my hard drive it will work no 3 beeps.Last thing when i put back the hard drive it had 3 beeps again i need help with this thanks.

Did u jailbreak your ps3?
If yes then the ps3 is to 99% broken
If not try to reformat it as @KillTheNoise said.
If it does not work
Your ps3 is broken and unlucky...
