Looking for a Packet Editor - MUST know v83 Duping Methods!

Hello! I'm looking for a packet editor that has a keen understanding of duping methods. I am currently playing on a server that has just started up, and currently does not have many hackers. Because I would like to be one of the only hackers on this server, I will not release the name of the server I am playing on currently, the only information I will give is that it is v83.

I am most specifically looking for a duping method. Exclude the following methods, because they have been tested and failed:

-"7B xx xx xx" followed by "26 00" automatically DCs, without fruitfulness.

-There is no "save" command, so any of those methods are scrapped.

-The "7th Maplemas" NPC is patched, so exclude that method as well.
