I have been using many scripthook related mods on my online account.
Many of them consisted of Clear Reports/ Dump Reports/ Unban Function
I wonder what all of those options do?
If someone in the lobby reported me/ and i use one of those options will my report be cancelled?
Today, I have been giving out money to some of my friends but in public server, while one of other scripthook users (dunno who) exploded all other players in the server- but the problem is it shown as im the one exploding all of them, so people in the server are bashing me and threaten to sent report.
Will any of those functions help?
Am not sure either how it exactly works but from my understanding if someone reports you ingame you can use these Mods to clear the reports and everything. However if someone reports you to gta's banhammer email and they have evidence of that you cheated it is highly more possible that you will get banned.
thats the hole idea i guess, if someone has video proof of you cheating, you have to chill out for a day or two (use your mods, but in a less obvious way) i mean if you are spawning cars and planes and attaching things to players, and money-mini-gun everyone, well you are acting like those people who have more than one account and they dont care at all about the ban
we will never know if the functions work until the next ban wave, if you are ban, they dont work, if you can still play, those are the most important functions in the menus, but you will never be 100% sure, because it can be just luck that they didnt ban your account
Clear reports, it suppose to do that, clear every report and bad sport that you have in-game, like if you blow up every personal car or someone actually reported you for cheating, exploiting, been an ass on the chat or something
Dump Report, does nothing, its just to see how many reports you have, if you have a (-) next to it, like: "Dump Reports(-)", you have an outdated version of the menu, because the last version, actually let you see how many reports you have, every number must be 0 (cheating reports, exploits, chat insults, etc)
Unban, well, does that, but the thing is that you have to be ban first haha don't know if works either
but the thing is, I use them, before quiting the game or if someone does the blowing up-frame player on me, if someone frame you, just leave the server, if you want to stay or leave a coment in the chat do it, but dont try to defend yourself, thats what the menu user want, tell everyone, "press esc and look at the info panel>notifications, the only player that didnt die its the hacker, check your map to see who isnt in passive mode and didnt die" if you dont have god mode at that time, you are safe i guess
