I do save modding on PS3, XBOX360 and PC. It's free and you got nothing to lose. I will keep your save backed-up with no mods first so you can be sure even if it messes up, you can still have the original in case you don't have a backup.
Save Modding Includes:
-Money up to 2147483647.
-God mode.
-Fill Armor and Special.
-Skill maxing.
-Time and weather edit including snow.
-Location. (Teleport to different places.)
-Phone hacks (Contact adding/removal and name visibility in phone book.)
-Tatoo editing.
-Weapons edit including all the DLC weapons + molotovs and max ammo + modifications.
-Clothing edit.
-Current vehicle editing.
-Wanted level edit for current character.
-Character stats edit.
-House garage editing. (Edit cars that are placed in house garages, not the 4 car garages.)
-Garage editing. Editable cars:Michael, Franklin and Trevor's main cars, Franklin's bike, Amanda and Tracy's cars. Car editing and adding across all characters' 4 car garages, hangars, helipads and docks.
-Mission medal editing. (Objective completion editing.)
-Strangers and freaks editing. (Same as above. Edit medals and objectives.)
-Odd jobs edit. (Arms trafficking, assassinations, bail bonds, hunting, rampages, taxi private fares, Epsilon, parachuting, races, Exercising Demons, all the rest.)
-Unlocking. (Shooting Range and Flight School medal editing, all clothing across all characters unlocking, map revealing, "For Sale" signs destroyed editing, game completion percentage editorial, LSC upgrades unlock, guns unlock (For purchase, but mods are already bought on non-DLC guns.), vehicle unlocking and free purchasing across all characters and adding a vehicle spawner (Spawn more vehicles when selecting a special vehicle in a character's 4 car garage.), property purchasing for free and setting custom income + giving properties to characters who are not supposed to have them, bank transactions editor (Pointless.) and grand finale - ped editing.
Keep in mind that all these mods work across all 3 characters and have no ban risk because it's single player modding. Thou ped editing might freeze your console in rare occasions, but not to worry, doesn't actually damage it.
