You're switching between 181/-181 pitch, you're giving non-AAA users a 50% chance to hit you
I just made it so you could have multiple values for each X/Y, not suppose to be amazing aa. Against people without AAA, 181 is better, people with AAA, -181 is better. Hard to explain but I'm sure if you know the difference you will understand why.
EDIT: Switching between them every other time is not a good idea

No, that's completely false. -181 is better in both cases, especially since you're doing yaw AA.

If your head hitbox is above you, and your looking down, someone without AAA won't even shoot anywhere close to your head. That's why a positive angle would be better.
