[New] Updated CShell.dll + Engine.exe [8/27]

vs scans dont want you to get banned

Weird.. only recoil + reload addresses changed.

Everything else in Engine and CShell is the same so far..

No addresses in CShell changed except for the no recoil addresses and no reload. Same with Engine, everything I've searched for is the same.

ahh ok ill try new ptc method got any dif????

Check in Crash's thread for the Alternative LTC.

I don't there is any need for these since they are the same as the last patch really.. I don't see a changes for anything other than those two things.
