I live in the netherlands and the game works just fine.

Go to run. Type in cmd. A command prompt should come up now(A black box).
In the first line of the box type in ipconfig /release and press enter.
On the next line type in ipconfig /renew.

Try playing now. If this method doesnt work come back here and we can try to find out another way.

Well your ip is assigned by your isp so theres no way for you to get a U.S IP. Im sorry.
