Some addons use the net library, and don't check to see if you're supposed to be able to use it or not. It'd be better for you to figure it out yourself, rather than for me to spoonfeed you.

you mean the one with /hitprice? come on thats waaay to0 easy.
check the victim's money in tab (easier with Fadmin scoreboard on) and use /hitprice [amount of money the victim has] then ask him for a hit, if he says no say you'll give him money for a hit because you're bored.
