Extremely Simple QQ Macro Project

what you can do with this macro? i cannot understand it!

is it working on win 7 64 bit?

3 weeks and it still isnt detected?

erm what is pos1 ?

can not read the manefest im using visual 2015 pro dont know if that matters ok let me know what i can do to fix this

i got all what i need but i dont know how to use it this macro
