CE Equivalent for Weapon Damage Mod from Extropy's

So I know It's kind of redundant to ask for something that's already out, but I'll ask if it's possible anyways.

Extropy is an Injection DLL kind of Mod, and I'm fine with that. I've done those kinds of mods before and it all worked.

But for some reason, No matter what I do, I can't make Extropy work on my PC.

I got the latest version from UC, where the original and updated version is, I updated all my VC Redist 2015 to an even more recent version, got the correct version of the Injector and all the required settings for it. All of that, yet still nothing.

The only reason I wanted to use Extropy is its Damage Mod. It Increases the Number of Bullets Shot in one Click. Would make Incursions a lot easier even with just 2x.

So if anyone figured out how to do the same Damage Mod via CE, and is willing to share it, I'd be forever grateful.
