Is there anyone who can refund from dell?

I've bought this laptop a few weeks ago now. 1.3k€ order.

Not making them pay till I get it done. The Razer service was real its just that I fucked up and the method no longer works

that could be a positive, so now the entire laptop is 'fucked'

It doesn't have to be "removable" I just said the batterty exploded while charging my laptop, Theres no other way to charge the battery if its not attached to the laptop
