Process after Ban!

Hi guys, I decided to cheat some months ago, due to my carelessness and poor quality of software i was banned. I changed my IP and started a 100% legit account, the problem was i got banned again in a month for what i suspected was logging into my old account. I then got all new details name/payment/phone/ip. and was banned within a day from a specific server. WHAT ARE THEY TRACKING? what am i missing from having a new identity? could someone please post a process to follow after a BAN and how i can play again? ive honestly been searching and i cant find the answer..

i have now changed my adapters and my HardDrive ID's along with everything else and again they got me! is reformatting my last chance? IM 99% sure ive deleted all of the cheats from my computer
