lagging when recording

i have found fraps and gamecam lag me wicked badly and camtasia does to but not as bad but i want to know your opinion and what you think i shuld try

ok lagg is caused when u dont have that much resources in your graphics card so i suggest that u do this
1. down loade this :TuneUp Utilities 2010 and press turbo mode
it helps alot with lagg and give you mor fps i hope i helped u

i have it but thanks and i think i neeed a new graphics card does anyone know if ******* does graphic cardds? lol
i am gonna get an amd or nvidia iddk which though but im getting win 7 soon i need too anyway thankks
