no I mean sometimes all the players if they spectate theres a small chance that there are shown no perks for example if you used sprint burst 4x on survivor the killer or survivors would only see one sprint burst

Any ideas on how to make Empathy and Bond tier 3 at all times for killer?. I occasionally can get them to work on tier 2 or even tier 3, but it's sort of random. I wonder if there's an address that controls these perks tiers besides the obvious 4 related to the perk itself.

Why? of course when you are on your "Spree" of urban 4xs you can spoof your hwid which is quite easy actually. Dbd is free once a year most of the time.

Interesting. I tried to get them to level 3 a while back and was never able to. I tried getting the perks up to level 3 but they never imported over to killer that way. If you think of anything, let me know

No, the speeds are combined like 4x faster than normal sprint burst.
