How To Create a Login Screen? (CA)

Ive seen a few login screen mods today, but none i would use >.>
so i wanna try to create my own.
(not a big fan of requesting)

Anyway,
i would gladly appreciate any halp :l

well i dont know about REZ MODS

but you ask one of the rez mod guys in the combat arms
mod area you like

extract every files in the UI_SCR_Loading.rez file and find some thats logindbg.dtx and edit it with photoshop

I think these tutorials posted here are for programming. More people would respond if this was in the Combat Arms section.
