Like T-800 said, you're looking at a temporary solution. You are inevitably going to get manually reported, and if someone at DBD customer support checks your HWIDs and finds some serials that match banned accounts (Hard Drive serials, MAC Address, etc), it may be reason enough for them to ban you. It's worth mentioning that someone recently complained that they still got auto-banned after changing all their storage drives + mobo and reinstalling windows, but still got banned. My guess is GPU or RAM serials, or maybe IP address. I doubt external peripherals would have made a difference. Depending on the infraction, they may not think to ban you. But if you have multiple matching HWIDs, that may be reason for them to ban you regardless. Here's a C file from someone who claims to have reverse engineered EAC, and this is all the HWIDs they grab (take this with a grain of salt, because it could be wrong, but why would it?)

This is all the information they grab from the registry, although they most likely collect more information outside of the registry as well, such as IP address and maybe USB serials. Although I don't think either of these things are used when generating a HWID, but they're most likely stored in an EAC database.
For your case, I would remove the old drive, and get a new GPU, and remove the old stick of ram. I have yet to see anything to suggest EAC bans based on RAM but better safe than sorry I suppose. I am fairly confident that your CPU makes no difference, as I've explored it from top to bottom, and basically every modern CPU does not have unique serial numbers or identifiers that you can get access to via software. There was a time when intel CPUs had serial numbers you could access via software, but that was in like 2004. To make a long story short, change Mobo, MAC address (This changes if you use onboard wifi with your new mobo or ethernet connection), RAM, GPU, and storage devices. Then, completely reinstall windows using a different product key (Again, this MAY be used to track you, since it's information taken from the registry). If you do all of that and still get banned, then EAC must be using external devices (such as USBs and monitors) to dish out HWID bans, which seems super aggressive and not necessary at all.
I think in your current state, you are on a fast track to either get auto-banned and if not auto-banned manually banned for ban evasion after a month or so. Definitely change all t Try to get yourself reported in DBD so you can make sure that you have been manually reviewed before and therefore someone has looked at your HWIDs and concluded that you aren't the person you were before. Best of luck.
