HWID Ban question

I'm planning on building a new PC soon and I wanted to know that If I get a new account on my new build will I be safe to play as long as I don't use my banned account to play DBD right?

Once you get a new pc, your ban strikes are gone, meaning you are safe to go. You can play with your older accounts and other games, but dont touch dbd on a banned account since most likely that will bring back hwid ban, delete it from the account library or hide it, to play dbd, just make a fresh account and get dbd on it and start playing normally, legit or start cheating (i dont recommend cheating on brand new pcs, maybe on one account but dont cheat on other accs)
