IM Chat not working?

Anyone else having issues with IM?

I have been trying to connect all weekend and have had no luck. I have logged out, logged back in. Changed passwords. Clear cookies. All with no luck at all.

Um so I need to lose all of my contacts/customers? I guess thats what I have to do then. How do I get him to do that?
