[[HELP]] Cant extract right

HALP! Ok, so when I run RezXtract, I get all the files to .LTB! I cant seem to extract them to .DTX! And when I run DTXConvert, I cant convert the .LTB files!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It only works with some .REZ files !! T.T

Please am I doing anything wrong?? I check all the tutorials and I can only seem to get the scopes to work!

Here is what I do:
Run REZxtract as admin,
select GUNS_M_PV_SR.REZ

Then click extract, then I get a lot of .LTB files. then it says extraction complete.

Then I close it.

Then I open DTXConvert as admin,
then select folder GUNS_M_PV_SR

then click convert... but nothing shows up... im thinking that I am doing the wrong ,REZ... am I picking the wrong one?
