[SOLVED] Need MW2 Intervention sound

can anyone upload the mw2 intervention sound for me? i really need it for editing stuffs

Okay, so this is what you wanna do:
Open up an ingame screenrecorder (like WeGame)
start a private match in a quiet map (like wasteland)
Grab your intervention and shoot with it
Cut the sound of the video and there you go, your intervention sound (*thanks* to Kamielftw not backup)

Here you go! Enjoy

Don't waste your time recording a video. You might have some annoying background noises in the background! /

Sounds included:
Bolt sounds
Reload sounds
Firing sounds

Virus Scans:
VirusTotal
VirScan

If you want any other gun sounds just ask me because I have all of them. /me

Now wait for someone to approve the file so you can download it (always say that to a newb otherwise he says "OMG I CANT DOWNLOAD")

EDIT: A newb with 1562 posts, nvm

Just go to your 'main' folder in your MW2 install directory and open the .iwd files with winrar. You will find all sounds and music there.

THe gun sounds aren't actually inside the .iwd files believe it or not. There are only explosive, glass and footstep sounds in there that were made for singleplayer. The real ones for MP are in the .ff files.

You're right.
The iwd's contain ambient sounds, sounds for killstreaks, music, voiceovers, gun and explosion sounds for SP, but indeed not the gun sounds for MP.

I remembered comming across the gunsounds, I assumed it was while browsing the iwd's, I didn't check.
