[Request] NoRecoil or NoSpread

I have seen many people claim they can make norecoil and nospread mods. PROVE IT! I am requesting a norecoil and/or nospread mod for the m16 and scorpion, but any gun would work really.

mods= unpatchable / no ban = pro

Its not impossible. PR has it :3 i only know they have no recoil but im not sure about spread.
