[HELP] How To edit Animations?

title says it ive converted them to LTA and opened them in Model edit and then??

you have to get a model editor thats actually like Blender or milkshape would work but you can't open lta's and you would have to make everything from scratch by converting the LTB to .X which is a directX format

there are programs you can get if you can find plugins (good luck)....find an old 3ds Max from like 2005 or 2007 and then find a plugin for lta files....or get Alias Maya 7.0 (extremely hard to find, and even harder to get the plugin to work)

if you can find those with the plugins, then you can edit the animations...honestly its easier to convert em to X and learn to make animations with blender/milkshape and start over

But I am the only one with my verisionless 3ds max import/export scripts

I also have a copy of 3ds Max 4.0 + Character Studio from when I was learning it. At the time it was the newest version, my how it has changed since then

Wow, I looked for 4.0 for a very long time. I use 2010 right now. Where did you get it? I have demonoid and it's not there.

Did you pay for your 3ds max? i tryed blender and found no import scripts, ill try milkshape next.

No I just dl'ed a copy, although I do have a legit copy of max 6 which I won from an winning an animation contest I did in high school.

Blender has python scripting support so it shouldn't be too hard for anyone with some coding skills to write one. I am not sure about Milkshake, but I think it too has a scripting system of sorts you could write one for.

i have a bunch of programs for models, i have 3ds max 4.0 5.0 6.0 and 2010 and 2011, i also have Alias Maya 6.0 6.5 7.0 7.0.1 8.0 then they changed to Autodesk Maya and i have 2008 2009 2010 and 2011

with lta plugins for all.....i just can't get the programs to work with the plugins...my maya 7.0.1 unlimited doesn't recognize the plugin for some reason at all...gonna try it with 2011

I don't see why drigien or yoda should help you, you selfish disgusting gloating illiterate 19 year old. You try to get your hands on every single little information for yourself and yourself only, all you do is gloat and give nothing back in return. I don't see why ANYONE should help you, you disgusting piece of crap. Honestly, I don't see you MAKING an attempt at all do learn this yourself? Some people do not wish to screw CA over more then it is already. There will be people like me who will see an idea, figure it out for themselves, and share it. However, people like you bother me. All you do is wait on your ass and use what others release or only learn from tutorial on how to do something. Please do criticize someone for trying to obtain help so he can experiment and learn more about rez modifications.

You do realize I was one of the few people to discover anything above just renaming files right? Sit on my ass? I don't even play this game anymore so elaborate for me please. People like supercarz learn and gloat without sharing, why are you quoting me? You're wrong and you're not supporting anything anyways so why quote?

So he has a main that I was not informed of. I looked at his current threads that he has started and based my response on that. I cannot respond to information that isn't available, in which was only two releases of scope mods. And as such, as you claim "he knows more than anybody in this forum about this." Wrong, supercarz is a piece of crap by taking other's information and pretends HE found it and gloats about it. Its not his information, he just takes it really, on the other hand everything I learn I don't tell all, but I tell some. Stop blatantly assuming things.
