Change password G1

How i can change a password of a G1 account? i log in the warrock site with some details, but theese doesn't work on G1 site :S why

You need the SQ of the G1 account.

Or prove the WR account is yours via tickets and ask them to change info...

i know also the secret question but not the email...where i have to go?
