Changing passwords to accounts

i was wondering how u can change the password to an account with only the username and the password, or some other stuff that im not sure about, i know its possible because i know tons of people that do this and scam accounts this way.

im not kidding lol, my friend doesnt have the securties to his account and he just changes the password all the time, he tells me its a "secret" and wont tell me but he isnt the only one i know that does it... ITS POSSIBLE!!

The only way I know of is emailing a GM and posting a help thread on the forums.
There used to be a glitch.. but idk anything about it / if it even still exists.

Neh, If you'd see a program that says it can change a password without SQ's then don't donwload it.

It's most likely packed with a virus, because it isn't possible with a program.
Could be a glitch, but not a program.
