I recently changed mine to Tiscali.. i couldnt get wireless before but now i can and its decent.. but sometimes it fucks up somehow

Im paying monthly 18 liras for my I connection. wich makes 10 USD per month ? And i have only 4 gig of download limit I can get a faster connection with unlimited download limit but then i have to pay 50 liras: 40 bucks per month AND IM SO POOR TO PAY THAT !!

For around 40$ I can get a 8 mbit down, 1 mbit up connection here.
