Since you asked for help i will try =).

1.Have you tried double clicking your yahoo mail box [The bit where you type your email then password underneath to Login on there site it could be saved there]

2.Check your notepad files always useful to keep account information there.

3.Find & Pay a Account Phisher / Recover if it's worth it.
(Could be risky so I'd keep this as a last resort and only do it if the member was 110% Trust worthy.)

If you can't/don't want to do these then start a new account.

Just make a new account
your account doesn't have anything special, still a leecher and got 7 posts only

if you forgot your email then you can't work it out
unless if Z8 games change it for you
