possible scope overlay?

im just wondering, if you can change your client sided colors and stuff, is it possible to make a sniper scope [when you zoom in] a different type of scope?

like the released "toxic l96" i forgot who posted, the scope has a bio-hazard on it, but when you use the mod, if you right click and scope it's normal scope. could you make that a bio too?
