TF2 Idling using sandboxie

Hi guys I recently found out about idling with more than 1 steam acc using sandboxie. I have the free version of sandboxie which can idle 2 accs only but hav to idea on how to use it. Anyone kind enough to provide me a detailed description on for to use sandboxie to idle? Also does anyone have a hack that resets the item cap every week?
